One of my favorites…
Shalom!
My name is Thu (pronounced like the # 2). I am a lifestyle and event photographer located in the metro-Atlanta area.
What can I say, I’m a camera clicking junkie with a short attention span and an affinity for finger puppets.
I like to climb and get in very awkward positions when I shoot… I lay down, roll around, scoot, shuffle, dance. You name it. I’m a circus monkey and will go through many lengths to get just the right shot…
Feel free to take a gander through my blog, learn more about me, and how I can capture life as it happens. If something sparks your interest, feel free to throw your hands up and holler… or comment below. ![]()
Happy Trails!
Thu

Sneak Peek! | Hutson is 6 months old! | Atlanta Portrait PhotographerFebruary 1st, 2012I can’t believe how quickly babies grow! It seems like just yesterday I was taking photos of baby who could barely hold his head up and keep his eyes open. Now he’s sitting up right, ever so attentive, and blissfully happy! Oh to be a baby again! Here’s a quick sneak of a peek! |

Sneak Peek! | April & Drew are Hitched! | Atlanta Wedding Photographer!November 8th, 2011April and Drew are perfect. On the outside–they have two very distinctly different personalities….but their common ground is their love for each other. The way he looks at her and makes her laugh… the way she smiles at him when he drops the f-bomb in front of Nanna… They are like Chick Fil A Lemonade. [...] |

They are like Chick Fil A Lemonade. The perfect combination of sweet and sour.
I had an awesome time working at the Emory Houston Mill House with Angie as well as their DJ Brett and his sidekick with Black Tie Events!

Sneak Peek! | Christyne & Dustin are Hitched! | Atlanta Wedding PhotographerOctober 25th, 2011I had the pleasure of shooting Christyne & Dustin’s romantic vintage wedding at Cedar Plantation in Acworth. What a party! I love coming home from a wedding feeling exhausted from all the dancing I’ve done! These two are beautiful, charismatic, and have hearts of gold! I couldn’t ask for better clients! |

Sneak Peek! | Hutson turned 3 months!! | Atlanta Portrait PhotographerOctober 25th, 2011Babies are an amazing thing. They enter this world with a clean slate. They have tiny little hands and feet and tiny little ears and eyes. They have just enough to sense that there is a world going on around them– but they are oblivious to what that concept actually means. I always get so [...] |

I always get so sentimental when I blog about babies. Maybe it’s my clock ticking away… or the thought behind what it is to start a life; to enter this world; to begin a journey; to build a personality; to love; to hate; to feel anything; and to experience everything. Life is a poetic thing and beginning a lifetime is absolutely magical…
I was lucky enough to be one of the few to meet Hutson within days of his birth and experience the excitement and the joy around his arrival. Here are a few of my favorites from my experience that day along with a few from his 3mo shoot. He is growing so fast!
It’s like Night and Day. Newborn… to 3 months. He’s so attentive!

Art Walk is monthly occasion held by the small business owners of Marietta Square. The first Friday of Summer and Fall months— Artists are encouraged to display their craft.
Be Yoga kindly asked if I was interested— and I could not resist the opportunity to celebrate my craft among my peers, local artists, and craftsmen, especially since the square is seemingly my home away from home. On any given day, you can find me working at Cool Beans, working out Crossfit Square, grabbing a bite at Marietta Pizza Company or Thaicoon, or doing pilates at Be Yoga. With that said– I couldn’t find a more supportive environment to share my world and display my perspective on life. (those photos will be displayed in the near future)
To add an interactive element to the gallery, Adrianne and I (wo)manned the CrazyBooth.
Here are a few photos form the booth!
Thanks Be, for allowing me to share my images with the community, Adrianne for saving my life, and everyone for stopping by!!!!! It would not have been such a great success with out all of you!

I can honestly say, even though I am not a religious person so to speak.. that I am blessed with awesome photographer friends who are funky and like random things just as much as I do. Kristi Odom, one of my best friends and mentors, invited me on an adventure with Kristina and Ryan… on a camel farm?!!
That morning consisted of scattered, covered, and smothered… camel slobber… laughs… and stepping in 4 different types of animal feces. For all I know it could’ve been several variations considering there were about 20 different types of animals wandering around that farm.
Kristina & Ryan are fabulous in every way, shape, and form… and I am so fortunate to have the opportunity to work with Kristi for such a unique shoot!
Wedding Day photos to come!
Atlanta Weddings | Christina & Jared are hitched! | Atlanta Wedding PhotographerSeptember 30th, 2011Christina and Jared are such a fun and quirky couple! This is a post-shoot photographed at an awesome little park in Cartersville, GA. We stumbled upon a perfect little barn on the side of the road on the way back. The feel of this set is seemingly bi-polar—attributed to the weather of course. We experienced a moody and foggy morning that transpired into a beautiful sunny afternoon.
This was intended to be a “sneak peek!” but I couldn’t help myself!
enjoy this sneak stare!
